Conditions of payment
Radio-Rental.com delivers on account. This means we deliver the two-way radios incl. the accessories ordered, have them collected after the production, and then send you an invoice according to the confirmed quotation.
Please pay our invoice without deductions within 10 days as follows:

Our house bank is the Commerzbank, Berlin - Paypal

Only for customers collecting and returning themselves
We reserve the right to ask for payment in advance from new customers or in cases where the creditworthiness is unclear after the checks we do for every quote with the Schufa credit investigation company or Mediafinanz.
Early payment & long-term discounts
We are happy to grant a 2% early payment discount on invoices of more than €1000.00 net, paid within 3 days.
We also offer our very interesting long-term discount (up to 75%) even on rentals lasting longer than just 3 days.
Radio-Rental.com is a fair partner and service provider and is always ready to negotiate. Should you require other payment conditions, please discuss them with us before the quotation is created so that we may integrate these conditions into the offer.
